...which proves once again that liberals vote with their eyes not their heads.
This is why if you lived in the US you would be a Trump voter and here you are voting for Pee Pee yet you claim it is us who don't use our heads, YEAH OK there Scooby Doo. LMAO

If you don't think he has only run in privileged circles for decades you aren't paying attention. It changes perspective.

I'm getting some "I know what's good for you" vibes from him. And yes that matters as a politician.

Do I think he will take the Liberal Leadership? Probably. I think the fix is in.

And if you think he "sacrificed" to be a Central Banker you don't know how it works. I have no doubt he made millions on the side. Through insider trading. And then yes after as a reward for his Central Banker time.

I'm happy to discuss policy. From a world wide perspective the existing Neo-Liberal agenda is waning. Too much income inequality is causing a public shift to a more isolationist mindset.

There are many historical parallels to 1900-1925 and the last 25 years occuring that is making this shift happen. Carney's ideas are not going to resonate with the public. And no matter who is in place right now the Liberal Party is done for this cycle. He does not have the charisma to change that.

Business circles are not the nation.
I don't think you know much about how competitive it is to work at a place like Goldman Sachs. Or Brookfield. Or Bloomberg.

if you happen to interact in your own business with any of the above three organizations you would have a decent level of respect for what it takes to get in there and rise above a lot of smart people.

I don't agree with those folks on a lot of things. But to suggest it's just "privilege" to win the daily dogfight to excel in all three places suggests you don't know much about how business works.

Again, there is a lot to, learn about what Carney wants to do with real power, but trying to slogan your way out of what it takes to get through those places suggests a lot about how you approach a serious conversation.

Says the guy who just proved he doesn't like people based on how they look.

At least admit it because you're not fooling anyone and are coming across as a fraud just like the rest of your looney left comrades.

LOL. "Millions on the side"

You must be joking. Do you know what even a first year achiever makes at Goldman?

Vs what the deputy minister of Finance earns in Ottawa?

Let alone what a guy at Carney's level would have earned by NOT working in Ottawa ... for all those years.

Please stop talking about things you clearly know nothing about.

I've given many reasons in other posts why Pee Pee and the neo-cons should never be allowed to be in charge but hey, his face is an issue. I may design a punching bag with his look. I'll make a fortune.

He will probably win because Canadians don't like the same party in power for too long ... but Poilievre is uniquely annoying in so many ways it's hard to count.

I'm not a Trudeau guy either, I need more substance from a PM ... but yeah, PP has a very punchable face.

God help us for the next 4 years

I don't think you understand the meaning of privilege in this case. It means he has spent so much time in the elite circles he has no clue what it means to be an average person.

Going to the grocery store, gas pump, trying to balance a family budget, save foelr the future.

Are saying that what? Four to five years on various big boards, including chairman of Bloomberg, and he DIDN'T make millions on the side?

It would be impossible not to, unless he didn't get any standard bonuses for that level.

but hey, his face is an issue.
Doubling down on looks just proves my point again.

You have a problem with skin colour too? Race?
How about gender?

It's usually a package deal with people like you.

Carney is just a professorial type type like Ignatieff. Freeland is more of a seasoned politician.

Except Freeland supported Trudeau for a decade and is closely associated to him and his policies. Then she dumped him at the 11th hour so she's either a turncoat or never really supported him all along.
People aren't stupid.

Carney won't appease Liberal supporters who were mesmerized by Trudeau's last name and nice hair. ie the majority of them.

Not surprised. JT spent millions to bury the story. It happened in Kokonee BC and the woman took a payout and signed an NDA so good luck finding the story now but it is well known and the reason he stopped being a 'drama teacher' at the private school.
Hey the one to come up with that so called "breaking news" was the Buffalo Chronicle..........ROTFLMAO!!

The Buffalo Chronicle also falsely claimed that Trudeau had filed an injunction to prevent The Globe and Mail from publishing an investigation into the supposed sex scandal. When there was a delay in the paper's distribution to certain kiosks in Ottawaand Quebec, several online sources attributed the delay to the supposed injunction. The Globe's communications manager told Agence France-Presse that the paper "had technical press delays in the Montreal area plant".[5][9]

This was the basis of that Fake story that has been debunked several times. Yet you are the only one to still believe this crap:

A fake Justin Trudeau sex scandal went viral. Canada's election-integrity law can't stop it

Unified them with strong leadership. Vs where the Liberals are now.

You need to be realistic to 10 years of Conservatives in power.
Fact is that they were spanked at the Elections in 2015. Wait and see what occurs once a new leadership is nominated!!

Them running with the story is different from them fabricating the story. It been reported by other outlets in the past but has been scrubbed from the internet. Hypothetically speaking if it was 100% made up by the buffalo news jt would file a lawsuit for slander and defamation. I wonder why he didn't(or couldn't) do that? Jt freezes the bank accounts of those who defy him yet he would overlook legal action against a media outlet fabricating horrible and slanderous accusations against him? Sure buddy. How much Kool Aid have you had today?

The other outlets reported this "Breaking News" by the Fake Buffalo Chronicle. Then they withdrew it after realizing that this so called media outlet is owned by a single individual who does not even have a fixed address.

 :p:D😁😆🤣

Only the Extreme Alt Righties but this total and utter crap. Please take your medication as in the past this dead horse has been whipped several times over!!
