You see its like this, Windsor is like a family place--the police believe--so they go out or their way to make sure that stuff does not happen.
That said, I have been told if you want that type of massage you have to either book a escort for a massage..many company's are aware off the problems guy's have finding a massage place so they know just want you want by saying you want a massage in your room.
Rates aren't too bad, $150 a 1/2 hour or $200 an hour but you need to say your a member of a review board. Can't say too much here, many PM me you need more info.

No, your best bet is a place called E.T., look in the phone book. Thats not the full name-TERB does not like free adv. but its the first letters of the escort company.
