The majority of Canadians agree with keeping the stringent rules brought in by Chretien in 1995. It is to prevent fraud and ensure the ones we bring in as well as their sponsors are legitimate and capable of succeeding.

Couldn't hear what Harper or Mulcair were saying because of the hysterical screaming that was coming out of Justin's corner every time one of the others tried to say anything. He has not 'eased' anything. He is trying to speed it up. There is a difference.
