Aside from the colourful noun MG used - which itself suggests a huge lack of respect and consideration for a human being that he knows - it is hard to get around the impression that the threat of reporting the "wetback" was made as part of a nasty campaign to bully, humiliate and oppress his estranged wife.
The threat to burn down Oksana's house and make her suck his dick is clearly a criminal offence and would land his ass in jail in any TO court. The ranting about her clothing is pretty clearly an attempt to bully and control her activities. And her complaint that he wacked out a couple of her teeth while emphasizing his moral superiority on a previous occasion seems very plausible. And this means that her statement that she recorded his bullshit because she was frightened of him is very plausible too.
