I think the fact that I am able to download, and post something like this can actually be beneficial. Most ladies cannot do so and have a harder time explaining why we are cautious.

From what I understand I am incredibly fortunate (possibly how I have chosen to interact with those I connect with) because I typically do not have to deal with this type of call. I know of other ladies who have had to handle it on a more frequent basis. My heart goes out to them...

I just want everyone to have a happy, fun, and safe play time.

The only rational explanation is, he is mentally deficient in some capacity. Again, the world would be better off without people like him.

Call me stupid, but I try to make the meeting as positive as possible; not creep the hell out of the lady.

I am ok. I am more thrown off... I will admit I would much rather be snuggling one of my regular sweeties than my pillow tonight but that's just human nature to want to curl up and avoid things like this.

The thing is he has put his voice out there... He may have blocked his number but that is his voice. Many of the ladies I am close to are pretty good with voices. I just hope as many as possible hear it.

His caller ID is private/blocked/unknown so I cannot block his number from calling... Regardless of how good my call control is.

I'm surprised you answered it. Even myself in my private life, I refuse to answer blocked calls, if they leave a message, that's when I call back. Blocked nos are a big red flag in any situation. Be careful.

This person could be dangerous and the police should be notified.
