The wall needs to have a rounded top that cant be gripped and slightly leaning towards Mexico's side. Very difficult to climp even with grappling hooks... and it will have some couture kinda like a curved penis as an added "go fu*k yourselves" landmark.

If Trump's promise holds, it may ultimately result in $15 for a green pepper a couple January's from now in the GTA due increased labour costs in California if domestics can be compelled to work. Trump has the potential to be a major game changer if he lasts in the Oval Office for four years for better or worse.

In Toronto, I think the lefties want to allow them to vote in municipal elections on the basis that legal or not they are also residents of this great city.

The wall concrete wall concept comes from a mindset firmly dated in the past. I'm surprised Trump didn't propose a moat with draw bridges at border crossings. They could construct a surveillance system at the fraction of the cost that could detect anything in the vicinity including over and under.
They could. But the issue would be that the crossers would not be delayed long enough for officials to arrive at the scene and arrest them.
