How to be a moderator:

1) start commenting on others posts ( something along the lines of "Ban the Motherfucker")
2) use the phrase "treat'em with respect" both in and out of context
3) buy kneepads (used are ok - ask goober)
4) try being helpful around the board - doing searches, making recommendations, a little painting
