I was wondering if they have moved from their downtown location. Seems the recent ads are showing location in the west end. Any info on this? Thanks. Oh, looks like Zuri of Moonwaiting is in Ottawa. Any info on her. I have not been able to find any.

Not sure if they've given up on the location downtown permanently. AP has stopped advertising completely and when I first saw MB's ads start up again I thought that maybe they'd picked up AP's place in the west end but they're actually at the other end of the hall in the same building. I expect someone connected to both agencies owns both of these condos.

I texted and asked where they were after seeing ad on rosy board - west end bayshore. Too far for me to venture out so lets me have an excuse to stay away from the asian agencies for a while longer till the heat is off

Moonbay has never baited an switched me (just heavily PS'd photos like Zuris now) but again - who's running the joint now is a little suspect

I can't speak to whether they're under new ownership but it's the same phone guy voice that I've been hearing for the past couple of years. Overall, I certainly agree it's a good reason to spend more time with Ottawa-based ladies and help contribute to the local economy a bit more. ;-)

Last girl from MB I saw was March but phone guy I spoke to then was not the usual pg. I remember thinking how odd it was and wondering if the regular pg was on a vacation or something.

Thing to keep in mind is that all these agencies are run by people who know each other and are offshoots from Candyland. Amazingly, given the crappy start to their careers, AP & MB had learned to be more honest and that providing better service would make them more successful.

I have no insight or info but it seems to me that possibly with the LE heat everyone may have abandoned ship and possibly MB sold back to Candyland. From what I've heard AP is/was still separate but currently has no one working in Ottawa. Again, this is a lot of speculation and may or may not have some truth to it. Regardless, it's not good that there is less choice for us Asian lovers. Let's hope things calm down and things get back to a more normal state.

Thanks for the info / updates. I text them to try setup a booking on Friday but no reply. I didn't use them before so maybe they are only accept their regular at this time?

I did on Friday with moonbay too, but they cancelled on me before the appointment time. It was weird, and a little suspect to me, seems like something was wrong.

Yes I agree something is wrong. I have been using MB for years and never had a problem booking or with cancellations. I little misleading advertising aside, I almost always did well by them. Too bad they have gone by the wayside, just when we need more reliable agencies.

They are probably just reeling due to the recent heat. Got scared and are not touching anything korean. I noticed even the big agencies in Toronto (MW et al) have stopped using the word 'Korean' on their websites.

Give it some time and it'll get back on track. Hopefully sometime into the summer, before the fall comes.

Saw Melissa recently, my first time with MB, I felt the urge for something asian ... ermm.. she's nice and tries to please but...
I should've known and not gave in to the urge.

I'm disappointed in myself for not waiting for something better.

Also, from what the booker tells me, they will be back in DT again next month.

Thanks Mable for the info. I am new in Ottawa. Look around for few asian SPs; now they don't post rates anymore and little detail of their service. Which agency is most reliable?
