When I saw the thread, that's exactly what I was going to say. Under the muscle, sometimes undetectable.

FYI, apparently new procedures coming in the US very soon. New methodology and requirements should increase the quality and safety and naturalness of implants.

I hate Implants!!! (except a quality under the muscle job)
