Movie Downloads - for the umpteenth time, apparently

I have searched for and found several threads on free movie download sites, but I can make neither heads nor tails of any of them. I am a complete idiot when it comes to computers and software, and can't manipulate files to change their suffix etc. So I had no luck when I went to the torrent sites, as I could not figure out how to simply get the movie I want to see without having to download a program and convert a file. This "computer" stuff may be second nature to many of you, but I am counted with those who still think Pong is pretty fancy stuff. I'm not too lazy to do any of this; I just can't figure out how.

Is there a free download site where a guy can simply point and click to the movie he wants, and download it? (I'm not looking for porn, by the way). Failing that, is there a site that provides idiot-proof instructions on how to use some of the easier sites?

You need to have a torrent site downloaded on your computer like bit comet, or equivalent. There are others. Then go to a site like www.torrentpond.com do a search for the movie you want, and download it. It will play back on your computer. If you have a burner, you can burn it and about 4 other movies onto a DVD. You will need a DVD player that plays Divx, you can purchase for aroud 50 bucks if your DVD player is old, most new ones will support it. After this you can watch it on your TV.
