Mozilla..pasting links etc??

Is there a trick in Mozilla to cut and pasting with this board? I keep getting pop ups that tell me i have to change my settings. can't find anything in the settings that relate to this.

Any ideas?

What are you trying to cut and where are you pasting it?

I'm on Mozilla now. I just highlighted your post, hit Copy, then pasted it into a Word document. Then I hit AltPrtScr and pasted the window into the same document. Seems to work fine.

If I use the simple cut and past commands in the TERB message window, I get a pop up saying my mozilla settings won't allow the function.

For instance I can't cut and past a reference to a thread..won't let me do it.

Can't find anything in the smozilla settings that seem to reference this.

Type about:config in the address bar and look for any settings with user-defined values (bolded) which might apply.

Yes it's Firefox, ver 1.0.6

If I click on a thread in the list without opening it and celect copy this link, I cannot paste that link ointo a reply window. I get a popup telling me I need to change the config to allow that operation.

Not sure if this is JAva related.

Any ideas?

I too have noticed I can not cut and paste with it on TERB

Seems it works well otherwise.

I have had problems with copying and pasting.

1) Highlight the text you want to copy, if you cannot copy with right click, use Ctrl+c

2) to paste, if you cannot do it with right click, use Ctrl+v
