not exactly on point, but an SP visited me for 2 hours in montreal, and she tuned into some radio station that had the best mix of music I've ever heard. 3 hours of listening to it with her, then she left, and I listened for another 2 hours before going to sleep. Such good music!

Unfortuneately, my recollections of music are mostly negative and usually stem from dancers who keep dancing to the same songs over and over again, ad nauseum. For example, the asian chick who used to work at CB who would always dance to the same AC/DC songs (all 3 songs!!!). Or any chick that dances to classical or country music (ugh!); even the other dancers hate it! Or gangsta rap (although it's always good for a laugh ). While I favour a lot of the harder rock/metal songs, I don't think they're usually that great for a SC although the odd time isn't bad. But nothing ages a dancer worse than dated 80s music...
