I hope in 6 pages, someone has mentioned that body fat that low isn't healthy long term. If it's for bodybuilding competitions, I could see it as a target for competition season and then being at a healthier level for the rest of the year. It it's just because you think that's how you should look, probably far healthier to see a psychologist for body image issues (and I don't mean that in an insulting way).

All my lifting and diet was to be better at sports so my goals were very different.
