I posted this on the Blue Board today.

Lol, not sure why I even came back to the hobby after Covid, but I did. Think with my pecker far too often. Even more so, not sure why I bothered posting on here (S P 4 1 1 ) again. The fork was stuck into this place a long while back ... with the idiot Grace shinanigans, the lack of proper administration, the inability to allow new OPs and SPs to join and get some free advertising, and the unwillingness of OPs to contribute with reviews.

To all those young enough to still need a job in this fucked up world and times, my heart goes out to you. I hope you survive the coming days with a solid roof over your head and good food on the table. Everyone, get out and vote in the upcoming federal election. Vote for who you think will best look out for Canada and who will try to strengthen the economy for everyone, not just the wealthy. In this country, we are not rampant-capitalists (well, some are I suppose). That doesn't work here. Public spending and taxation can always be improved (Trudeau proved that), but a safety net will continue to be important for those less fortunate, and we must continue to redistribute wealth back to the lower and middle classes so they can enjoy a life like most baby boomers (um me) have enjoyed.

Even though the Blue Board did turn into a shit show, I will say that there are way more unreasonable guys on this Red Board regarding expectations of services from SPs. Just read today's review regarding the Asian Nancy/Jessica Erbsville/Creekside. Too many guys on this site (mostly from GTA and dare I say certain ethnicities) have an unreasonable expection of an SP doing shit like RIM and CIM. That guy even wanted if for 120 in a 30 minute visit. Get a grip you morons. 99% of SPs do not want to lick your focking arshole. Yeesh.

I bailed on the blue board years ago. I joined blue board before this board and contributed quite a bit before it lost all credibility. There used to be lots of content specific to this geographic area and the Discussion Theatre (Forum) included some interesting posts.

I left the other board after the owner Dox'd an escort and another user threatened my life. It's a dumpster fire over there and I'm glad to be gone.

And I agree a social safety net is vital. Many people fail to realize it's not a charity either, it's an investment. For example, guaranteeing housing (not just emergency shelters but a proper place to live) for people who are disabled or temporarily fall on hard times is cheaper than not providing it, since it costs over $100,000/year to house the homeless in jail if/when they commit crimes to survive. As a human being, I'd rather pay higher taxes to ensure those less fortunate have what they need to survive... but as a taxpayer I'd rather spent less on public services than more on prisons.
