I saw something on cbs.sportline.com over the weekend that sounded like NASCAR was back tracking on the top 10 cars idea. They like the shoot out but they can't exclude anyone below 10th from a chance at the big prize without pissing off every owner and driver in the series. Apparently the announcement will come out tomorrow morning regarding the details.
