Need Advice ASAP!!!!!!! PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! ANYONE!!!!!!........

Hi Fellow Terbites!!

I know I'm usually known for my silly / funny posts... but this time, I really, REALLY, need some serious... and I mean SERIOUS advice...

This is definitely no laughing matter. This is what happened....

Yesterday morning, at around 11:15 am.... I was working at Blondie-Boss' Spa... Everyone was busy, so it was my turn to answer the door.

Ding Dong.

I open the door; It was a woman standing there. She glared at me, pushed her way in, and started screaming at me. "This is a f*ckin' whorehouse. You girls are all whores here. You evil, EVIL, people. I already called the police to shut you girls down. You're all going to be arrested and thrown in jail. You girls are all whores..." And she stormed out.

I was in such shock, I didn't know what to say. My mind just went blank. I should've asked her some questions,... but because I was in such shock, I just went ...

When my whacker friend came out of her session, she took one look at me... (I guess I must've still had that shocked look on my face), and asked me what was wrong. I told her "nothing...". She asked me, "What do you mean, 'nothing', you look terrified..."

I didn't tell her what happened....

I didn't tell anyone what happened...

I didn't want to panic the other girls, because if I told them, all of them probably would've started freaking out, and leaving,.... and Blondie Boss would've killed me....

(Just briefly), I thought about telling Blondie Boss what happened... (after all, it IS her spa....) but I just couldn't bring myself to tell her. Besides,... she'll probably just give me her usual speech anyways... "Don't worry,... Here.... it's perfectly legal to do T, N, NR massages..... It's in our by-law.... No one's ever going to bother us...."

I've tried to forget what happened..... because I know Blondie Boss is right.... Afterall, I've read the by-law myself before I started working here... But still.... I can't shake this terrible, TERRIBLE, feeling that I have in the pit of my stomach....

I don't know what to do right now. My next shift isn't until Saturday, but I don't know whether I should show up or not...

So my question is... "If we're allowed, as stated in our by-law, to do T, N, NR, can we still get busted? I was always under the impression that we were "bust-proof"... But now, I'm scared.... I really can't afford to get busted, or lose my job, or hire a lawyer, right now...

I also can't afford to not work either... I've got bills to pay....

Blondie Boss' Spa IS the safest spa around... (as far as I know...). That's why I've been there for so long... (5 years, on and off) If I go somewhere else now.... who knows? It'll probably even be MORE dangerous...

I've NEVER ran into any cops AT ALL at Blondie Boss' Spa.... NEVER!!!!! Not even once!!!! (Except that time when we were robbed.)

So my question is.... What should I do now? Should I go to work? Not go to work? Take one week off? Take two weeks off? A month off? Go somewhere else?

And also, Do cops investigate ALL complaints that are filed? 'Cuz maybe they'll realize it's just some pissed-off / jealous wife and ignore her?

In my mind... there's no question whether or not there was a complaint filed. There WAS. I could tell from that woman's attitude.... The question now, is, what's going to happen if they DO start an investigation...

As far as I know.... There's NOTHING more than a T, N, or NR offered at our spa. Blondie Boss always sends her spies to check up on us.

So do you, (terbites), think I'm over-reacting to this whole thing? 'Cuz I can't shake off this terrible feeling that I'm having inside of me right now....

Don't worry about it... she probably found hubby's credit card statement.. and only acted the way she did because of her very low self-esteem.. maybe we should feel pity for her

on the other hand, I think you should have told the bitch to get the fuck out of the spa, before you had to call the cops on her!!

First off you might have told the blond boss about what happened. You said before that you have security cameras setup there so she could have looked at the tape. The not job might have been there before. Blond Boss might have gave you a few days off so as not to worry. (She did let you off for kicking down the door)

If your not doing anything illegal you have nothing to worry about.

The worst that could happen is that the cops may send in a few under covers to get the goods. If nothing outside of the bylaw is happening, then all that happens is that the cops get a few freebies on the tax payers dollar.
Hmmm, too late to apply for the force???
I'm almost afraid to say this due to a lot of disbelief on terb, but..... entrapment is illegal in Canada. If you don't offer extra's beyond the limits of the bylaw they can't legally ask.
I'm not sure if they HAVE to investigate every complaint, but they may make a token effort.

Leah, its the shock of being confronted and caught off guard. I dont want to minimize the impact because I know it is upsetting and alarming to deal with, but the magnitude of the "threat" seems worse because it happened to you and you didnt have time to rationally think about it.

In truth, if you are comfortable with where you work and what you do, just go to work. Yes, you should probably tell Blondie-Boss, but skip all the drama and just stick to the facts.... a nutjob lady came in and ranted, called you a whore and threatened to have the place shut down. It happens to every spa, you were just the unfortunate one who had to deal with it this time.

Go back to whacking potatoheads. The cops KNOW what you do (they were there, they arent stoopid), they dont take any of that nonsense seriously even if the crazy lady "reports you". I mean, what's she going to say.

"That Leah.... she's a big Potatohead Whacker... arrest her officer!"

You have to report all unusual activity to the boss. That way she can worry about it instead of you. If the crazy lady were more normal she would report the activity to the police and stay away from the premises.

So, the next time the crazy lady comes back, calmly inform her, with a smile, that the police have to arrest everyone in the premises when they find illegal activity. Including crazy pushy broads with nothing better to do than tell everyone they are whores. When illegal activity is not going on they only arrest the intruders. So either way if the police come she's guaranteed to get arrested. You only stand a partial chance. Then pick up the phone and pretend to call the police.

The cops know about the place, the station is less than a minute up the road, they know about the robbery, and they probably know about the "nut" lady who walked in and screamed at the desk officer (probably something to do with her husband being a customer). Tell the boss, let her know, it really is not that big of a deal at all.

The boss will probably get pissed-off at reading about it on Terb instead of hearing about it from you first. So avoid that problem by calling her, telling her, and then forgetting about the whole thing.

I didnt realize it was a she who wrote it...I assumed it was the doorman/security. But being in the MPA business, that is legal, but alot of illegal stuff goes on...when you get confronted by concerned citizans or a cop, it goes with the territory. After being in the business for 5 years on and off a person sould know and accept the risk. There's no such thing as an easy buck, just ask the person who hands you your Timmies every morning.
