Should clients with herpes never see SP's?If it's been more than 12 days and you haven't had an initial outbreak, you shouldn't be worrying about having caught HSV-1 or 2.

IME not nearly so long in Vancouver. Five to 40 minutes. Varies with time of day etc.Book through your doc unless you want to be waiting hours and hours in said clinicjust my advice . Wait time is usually 2-4h
You're going to the wrong place. Don't go to a stand in line clinic, phone any of ontarios sexual health clinics and make an appointment. I made a 9:30 appt and showed up a couple minutes early. So correct, as usual Chloe. Make the appointment, at least for US, Australia, and some places in SE Asia. And then do the whole thing - blood for herpes II, hiv, hepatitis A, B, and C, and syphilis, urine for chlamydia and gonorrhea. Do if often. This little world we inhabit will be left alone as long as we all exercise responsibility for it. Once any sort of outbreak occurs, then the gov't jumps in and good luck to you all. That also means avoiding/reporting the underaged, trafficked, and avoiding the scammers etc.Ditto. Hassle free clinic is the only place I frequent for this sort of thing, because it literally is hassle free. My family doctor on the other hand? Lol and I've never been asked to physically produce my health card. I just can't find it but don't see the need to replace it yet. They see you without one...
I book an appointment for around 10am usually. Call to book an appointment! Don't just randomly drop in, this is key for a speedy experience every time. Always takes 15-20 mins tops, from the time I walk in. They're pretty quick and appointments take precedence regardless of how long drop-ins have been waiting. I'd honestly recommend going during the morning/early afternoon during the gender specific times listed versus evening, because of the drop in volume. I feel more comfortable when there are only 1 or 2 other ladies in the waiting area (sometimes none), versus it being filled and having to state to reception that you're there for a broad spectrum of tests while 20-25 people sitting behind you listen.
You all may be there to practice safe sexual health choices, but sometimes it's nice not to announce to an entire waiting room of your intentions. At least for me it is.
Anonymous. Respectful. Sex worker positive for those comfortable being open about it. Free variety & different sizes/styles of condoms lol. #1 place I recommend for both providers and clients alike.
Stay safe and stay informed, xo.
Not wrong. In my experience, if you say you're a Canadian resident, Hassle Free will ask you for your health card. I'm not sure why we've had different experiences there, but I was definitely hassled about this.Wrong.
I've been tested 6 times over the years, full tests, never showed card or ID.
They asked me IF I am an Ontario resident and IF I have health card, but didn't want to see it.

Agree I use the York region clinic ,no judging looks and no lineups i book an appointement and arrive on time. It's all good they don't try to ask for health card or anything like that.if concerned about privacy give them a fake address and use a throw away phone number. You're going to the wrong place. Got results 2 weeks later, same appt time, in and out in a few minutes.
No need as i just tested negative for 6 of 6 STI i was tested for, including HIV. Since my last sex with someone else was several months before the test, & i've had no sex since the test, no matter how risky the sex was there is virtually no chance i have HIV. My chances of having HIV are comparable to a Canadian virgin. Similarly a safer sex practicing SP who tested negative for HIV months or weeks ago & has had no condom failures since. She also is like the virgin.Do us all a favour, can you give lenny2 a ride?
