I saw this too and thought what a lame name to use considering an agency just closed and this one is opening.

And terbites thought girls used the same names over and over!

Careful these comments don't sound a bit like sour grapes, ladies....

The new name is perfect...it's basic marketing 101--capitalizing on a brand that already was well established and worked well.

However, who's to know that it's not ASA women who've opened the agency with Hammer's blessing? We don't know, do we? So why be so quick to judge?

There will be reviews before we know it...so predicting success or failure ahead of that is...well, kind of fruitless, isn't it?

Sonja - *relax*!

I made my original comment for a specific reason. If you read my other thread, that was going on when I made this post, you'll notice that I've joined forces with Hammer's top superstar, Serenity, who will be working with me from now on out of my incall location.

The reason I made my comment on this thread was as a hint of that (it was before her and I announced that we'd joined forces). So, since you're forcing me to say it explicitly: This new agency won't be as successful as ASA was because I've snagged ASA's most popular superstar! No sour grapes at all hon; I'm not judging. And I wasn't predicting failure - only that they won't do as well - and now you know why.

like i posted before i met tilissa once and i was hooked. i been in the hobby a long time now (10yrs +), and seen many ladies, tilissa would rank number one, in my books. she had the body and looks, plus chemistry was great. the famous victoria was number one for awhile until i met tilissa. however my luck ASA closed before i could get a second shot. i am looking forward to meeting serenity, i hope she will be my new numbeer one...

I don't think either of the ladies were predicting anything they were just making an educated guess. Since most of hammertm's girls are already at other agencies or in Tilissa's case "fell in love with the boss". You are however correct in stating it's a good marketing job.

Both the names probably start with "A" to get top listing in any alphabetical index. I never read the record but I know many newspaper classifieds go alphabetically, as does the Yellow Pages.
