Dr. Levine at Islington and Dundas claims to do the most dancers. Call to make an appointment for a consultation and he will tell you what is involved and how much. Many dancers also suggest Dr. Karmen (spelling?), supposedly he has a long waiting list.
Check out Spa medica in Yorkdale the doctor there is one of the best but I have to warn you he is an arrogant little prick.

You could always try going to a few of the high end strip joints and pick out the nice looking titties from the stage. Buy a few lap dances, and compliment them sincerely on their breasts and ask the dancers for advice.

I can't believe it, and i have never been a big tit man either. I am just not sure what to do with them. My ideal has always been a 34 B, or C at the outside.

There are essentially no risks with current saline or silicone technology. Saline is much more common. Silicone has recently been reapproved in the US, not sure of status here. Silicone is more natural looking, because it is less liquid.
Did you know that there is a legal maximum implant size in Canada (700mL)? It has been a regulation for about 10 years, it was a politically correct thing to prevent explioted women from disfiguring themselves to please men. You can get bigger ones, some doctors will bring them in, but it is harder to get.

The hard ass cement bolt on ones are actually more likely to be saline.
Saline implants come to the doctor empty adn they are insterted into the breast and then filled. The problem with implants is that if you don't fill them enough, they are nice and soft but you tend to see more wrinkling and they look awful.
If you fill them too much on the other hand, you minimize the wrinkles but they become more firm. Most doctors tend to overfill implnats slightly. Mine are 350cc sacs but are filled to 400cc.
Silicone implants as far as I can recall are pre-filled so there is not as many instances of "hard ass" silicone ones unless there is a secondary problem such as capsular contracture which is a whole other story.
Another thing to keep in mind is that in smaller chested women the implant is usually placed under the muscle. So depending what she is doing at the time you touch her boob her muscle may be flexed which would make it feel hard. I know if I flex my pecs I can make my chest ROCK hard lol, but relaxed my breasts are relatively soft.
