New condo on Rean

Hi agian, i'm now looking on Rean Dr near Bayview Village mall. There is a group of them there, 2, 4, 6 8 Rean. Does anyone have any info on these unit. I'm looking at a 2 bed room 2 bathroom, 900sqf. The 2 bedroom units in these buildings are pretty much the same but the prices vary from 235k to 265K. Maintenance is quite high at .48 sqf.
There seems to be quite a few units for sale. Is that a sign of some sort?
These are all resale units. If think the building are about 3-4 years old. Builder was Daniels I think.

I've heard noise from the 401 can be an issue in 1 & 3 Rean. Facilities are nothing special but the builder has a good rep. You should check the sales history for equivalent units since it was built, maybe the prices are a bit excessive at this point in time. There always seems to be a high turnover in those buildings. Lots of investors perhaps.
You could also consider buying a new unit at the 2 new buildings also by Daniels on Barberry Place, just up the road on Rean. The more complete building (Empire) is already moving in and mostly sold out, but if you walk into the sales center they often have a handful of unadvertised units that came back because the purchaser defaulted on occupancy closing. The other high rise under construction is Rockerfeller, to be completed next year, a bit more high end. The have 2 beds available there but prices are unreasonable IMO.

The unit I like faces north west. When I was in the unit, i did not notice any sounds from the highway. Maybe the lower floors. Mine was on 14th. Thanks for the info. I'm not purchasing it for a flip but to live in. I did not see the faciliaties. They are located all in one building. Four buildings share one pool. Each building does have a gym and other stuff.

14th floor (really the 13th floor) is unlucky for some people, which might mean you can get a better price, also might mean harder for you to sell...
