I was at the Bisha prior to the pandemic and started chatting with an individual who was from the US at the bar. We hit it off on a business level which worked out great. He was telling me how he had so and so ( I knew of the indy but I will not name her) coming to his place for a 3-hour session. Of course, me being me I asked him, how much? Then I gave him an eye awakening sobering lesson. I showed him the Mirage, the Toronto Passion, SexyFriends and TDL website and recommended a few of the ladies from each agency. I also recommend some indies i.e Sultry Sophia, Bella Squats, and a few others I had to stop him from canceling his appointment as he was dumbfounded. He's also a lurker on Terb now as well. HI BOB (not his real name)!!!

Tourists always ask locals for information about escorts, it’s a very normal thing to do.

Most of my 20-25 trips over the years to Vegas included experiences of sitting at the blackjack tables, where the topic of hookers and which strip clubs were best would come up, strangers often sharing a bunch of detail (TERB review level, lol) and making recommendations.

Out of town travelers into Toronto for conferences and such here would be much of the same mind set.

Once gents start chatting like this little key words or hints are dropped in the flow of the chat and if picked up on - full blown discussions can easily occur - discussion with a stranger is much easier than say a co-worker.

Yes, it's very common. When I'm away and do not know the lay of the land I always ask the boys at the bar, taxi cab drivers and picked out hotel staff where a guy goes to have fun. All guys are guys. Many try to pretend to have a holier than thou attitude but deep down just want tits and ass. LOL

I was at Brass Rail and this American guy next to me started going on about a dancer he just fell in lust with. He said he'd love to bring her back to his hotel room. I advised him that prostitution is not illegal in Canada and that 1/3 of the dancers are more than willing to do take-out. I further warned him that the hobby is a slippery slope so think carefully before he steps off.

The mods suggested a standard format for reviews some months ago. I agree that more courtesy towards SW's would be nice at times. Maybe allowing mods to "tone down" certain reviews by taking out the very sexist or cruel comments?

I was debating the issue of reviews being too detailed and explicit with myself yesterday; but OTOH the girls themselves are now putting very detailed photos and videos and verbal content on OF or even on Twitter. So I wonder if this is even an issue?

In the current climate, where there is often massive antagonism between some of the Twitter indies and board members, I wonder if having a section where women discuss customers and their experiences isn't asking for catastrophe? And also Twitter is now full of posts where SW's go off on guys who don't shower, time-wasters who DM frequently and never book, etc. Not sure TERB is a useful forum for minor, day-to-day issues which are AMPLY aired on Twitter. Even blacklists are going to get political, as there are now whispering slander campaigns from some SW's against some customers who have opinions about rate structure they dislike, or between groups of girls.

I would LOVE to write some opinion pieces on rate structure and politics in the local industry and would be happy to submit them to Fred ahead of time for redaction, if necessary. TERB has heretofore been heartily against any general history and industry structure opinion pieces being written. I could also submit legal articles, if TERB would platform them. But this has always been an issue and TERB has always felt it was safer to stick with the straight-on traditional review content format.

I'm not sure professional ads get enough traffic on TERB to be worthwhile, based on my own past experience.

I have one suggestion - would it be posible to have a link to Reviews Rated ( 1-6) and another for (7-10) make it easy to zero in on the best - others- and poor
