Let me just start off with any man who rapes a woman should be shot and pissed on (metaphorically speaking).

However, any woman who falsely accuses a man of rape, whether out of spite or looking for money, should also be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law and thrown in jail.

That video was strange. what happened after the 50 second clip?

There are just to many questions. Even the article seems to make more questions.

But what I saw was a woman, physically attacking a man. And therefore she should be charged. Even if her story is true about being raped, she still assaulted the guy.

If this turns out to be a false accusation, she needs jail time for sure. Not just for the attack on him but the whole set up. And she should pay his legal fees.

As far as I'm concerned, the punishment for being found guilty of falsely accusing someone of Rape, should be the same as that given to someone found guilty of committing Rape.

Unfortunately with the way legal systems seems to work, she wouldn't get jail time for either. Although he probably wouldn't get jail time either if found guilty, let's be honest.
