With the lockout looming...anyone think all the contenders with money will all load up for a post season run...ie Detroit, Colorado, Toronto, Philly, etc??

To clarify, by loading up I mean acquiring everyone they can within their power, not just deadline deals...guys like Gonchar, Bondra, O'Neill, Satan, and I bet Iginla could be had at a steep price...

Watched the highlites from last night where one goalie leaves the game because of injury and the backup gets into a fight and is tossed and they have to play with no goalie.
Can't remember the teams . Final score was 5-1.
Never seen that before.

Yeah, it was the Oilers - Thrashers. It was cool.

I think the Leafs will load up, along with everyone else.

As for the Flyers goaltending, I think Clarke *may* be planning to use Burke as strictly a backup - Esche may have played himself into the absolute number one role. We'll see when he comes back from injury.

I don't think the Avs will move to get a goalie - nothing wrong with Aebischer at all this year.

I don't think Iginla's going anywhere - almost inconceivable.

Fighting in the bench, goalies fighting ( good scrape) and the ref getting sucker punched ( tell me how many guys would love to do that ) .

Sens taking back Andre Roy ??? Goldenshowerboy you've lost your marbles. Roy was a loose cannon, took too many undisciplined penalties and caused problems off the ice. That'll never happen. Give your head a good shake Bud !
