Does anyone have any recommendations regarding a place to stay at in NF this coming weekend?
Saturday to Sunday.
Ideally, looking for a decent hotel with a nice restaurant either attached, or very close by.
I don't really care about gambling, etc...

Depends if you want a room to sleep or to hang out in and have a view. Vies may be a tad more costly, but also are at the better hotels. What hotel is connected to your tournament?

Not particularly at this time of year but the Niagara Parkway, Chippawa Battlefield, The Falls themselves, the Drummond Hill Cemetery (about what you can still see of the Battle of Lundy's Lane) also Laura Secord is buried there, Niagara on the Lake are all worth a look, particularly if you have never been there before.

At this time of year if you are interested in birding good diving ducks above the falls in the open water, and world famous gulls by the power plants above the Queenston - Lewiston bridge.

The falls themselves are pretty cool (pardon the pun) in the winter.
Lots of frozen mist on many nearby trees, lamp posts, buildings, etc. Very picturesque.
