About the stats, you should go to one of the shows of John Oliver about prisons and look for a documentary (with stats and expert opinions) they made about prisons and black and Hispanics. The facts are that blacks go to prison because they are black. A white guy committing the same offense does not even get charged and the black guy is convicted. The academic community has endless of articles about this. Just use Google Scholar and you will find them. The US system is fucked up and racist, so that's why you have a disproportionate number of blacks and Hispanics in prisons, nothing more.

Facts. The protests were because a white officer executed a unarmed black teenager and was not charged with any offence...pretty simple...facts...not propaganda. Had a white teeneager been executed by a black officer and he then was placed on "desk duties" do you think they would not be a protest and a riot? Really?
