I only play a doctor in community theatre shows but I'd guess its TIA strokes, he seems to get them and then recover after a few days. Likely we'll see more pictures of hand bruising in the next few days as he gets his monthly IV's.

They already were, they set the grounds.

Though really 'the first they came for' bit should start with BLM and the crackdowns that followed.
Next was the Palestine protests, where the crackdowns got more serious as did the acts committed.
Now its an easier step to get the base to go along with bigger crackdowns.

But you can't say the dems won't so that, it already happened.

I was tempted to say "Not soon enough" but I think Shady Vance and Miller will be worse. Trump is just doddering on, consumed with his narcissism.

For peace, Trump's policies are going to have to crater the US before his MAGAts stand down from DEFCON 4. If he croaks now, he'll be deified and his movement will not implode. IMO anyways.

But as to his heart failure... that's a bit more complicated and uncertain. As is kidney failure that often is a complication of heart failure.

But I have some weird gut feel that he ain't going to make it far into 2026.
