this is a classic combination of Sinusoidal & Harmonic Motion.

I believe all the calculations are off as I see 2 wavelengths in each of the three examples.
Particularly with the third example: Combination Sinusoidal & Harmonic Motion; one wavelength would be an inverse of the other, No?
The distance between each crest and trough does appear to be in sync though.
