Since I find watching paint dry to be far more entertaining than NFL football, this is just another Sunday for me, and the ONLY meal to serve on a Sunday is roast beef beef dinner with big crispy Yorkshire puddings, roasted potatoes and veggies.

This is far superior to any Superbowl food.

Mic drop.

(Although I would be happy to eat the spread you're making on another day!) :)

Shit - I am so simple compared to these..... :D . I have Pizza from Gino's, wings from Wings Up!, homemade Nacho's with loaded Jalapeno's and extra tex mex Cheese melted every where with spicy olives and a Salted Caramel cake from Nothing Bundt Cakes.

Simple but effective: 1 lb hot pork sausage (not links), 1 C Grated cheese - I like sharp cheddar, but whatever and 1 cup of bisqick. Combine in a bowl and lay out on a large foil lined cookie sheet in 1" balls and bake @300 degrees until they start to brown. You can just leave them in with the oven turned off for another 10 min for the xtra crispy version. Blot off with paper towels and serve while warm if possible . Leftovers are great nuked for breakfast. If just for breakfast use the regular vs. hot pork sausage, or if you just don't like hot finger food.

I do mine the day before, then re-heat. Chili is normally better the next day, but not always
Yeah I make so much I'm eating it for days
When I can't eat anymore I freeze the rest and have it on the Sunday of the following seasons Opening Weekend

Leftover chili surprise: Take a casserole dish, nonstick spray and layer a can of tamales (unwrap and discard the paper) in the bottom then cover with leftover chili and top with shredded cheese. Nuke it in the microwave...
