One thing I have learnt in my life through sheer experence is not to judge people on the jobs they do or did because 99% of the time there is a "story" behind it often involving supporting kids, needing a base income while being a student, supporting a partner and/or often being an astute investor. I've met some judges, lawyers and cops who have very questionable personalities and some strip club dancers and regular models who are angels and vice versa.Hate to break it to ya, but Chantal Vachon used to stip at WAGG. Even when she was doing some Playboy shoots. So done be so sure about these girls.
I got to know Chantal Vachon going to WAGG back then and all I can say is what a sweetheart - definitely a combination of personality and likely fantastic parenting that moulded this wonderful soul. A down to earth small town girl attitude and remembered my name and always had time for a great conversation even if there no dances on offer. Even when she did dances she was very classy. She was very open about her career aspirations as an actress and very open about her boyfriend who was a tradesman and I think she put him through school and you could tell she was very loyal to him too. Dancing was a mechanism to support both their career paths and a mortgage and she spoke about that too. I bumped into her years later (a few years ago) in a party store in Toronto buying for New Years Eve and she hello with her great friendly smile. Even at the club she she even asked how my prostrated treatment was going back then. Obviously I survived or I would not be writing this LOL.
This is definitely a woman who was worth taking home to meet your parents when you were young single regardless of her dancing because you can tell she was not out for herself in life and cared about everyone around her. If anything her French accent may have limited her acting roles but hell what a gorj woman both looks wise but even way more so personality wise.Thought I would give this feedback.
