man I wish I could play pick4 in Singapore:

over there they draw WED,SAT/SUN...each time pulling out 23combos...with multi-tiered prizes.

that makes wheeling very practical..do not have to worry about gettin skunked by doubles or triples if shootin for unmatched.

I tested a 10digit partial wheel set...and in one week boxed 1st & 2nd prize.
