I used to use Paradise, but switched to A Sweet Treat and have not looked back since. I will never go back to using Paradise again.
I've been away from Kingston for about a year though, so I can't comment on the current menu of ladies. But, when I do visit Kingston, it's Sweet Treat that I call, as their girls seem to be much more consistently reliable, and prettier, and cleaner.
But yes, Rachelle is the current "it" girl in Kingston, and although I have yet to have the pleasure of meeting her, I sure as hell plan to. She is well reviewed and seems very service oriented. If your schedule matches hers, I would suggest you see her.
As for pick up bars, it depends on how old you are. The Grizzly is the city's premier cougar bar, but your game has to be on. Dress nice. Brandy's is the place where the more desperate cougars will hang out, so if you can get over the Larry the Lounge Lizard types, and the 50/60 somethings, your odds are better at Brandy's. If you're under 30, try AJ's Hangar. If you're under 20, Stages.
