Myself I have a 3yr 8 mos old Titanium Power Book. I have read that many people have found these notebooks to be fragile (esp. the hinges) Mine is still going strong after a couple of trips around the world and some pretty heavy duty punishment. It was even dropped once on a marble floor from table height.
I love my Mac.
