So you're saying there was a happy ending?
RA this is a very good question:) . I have asperger syndrome which means I have a hard time reading non-verbal cues. I was wondering myself why this "hot" optician was being so nice to me while these other 7 opticians treated me like garbage---lol.

I would have loved to have asked her out for a coffee etc. I have already talked to her for at least 3 hours already in the store. She seemed to like my sense of humor etc.

However, I would never ask her out because then I would lose an "amazing" optician. I think that she was being overly patient and nice to me because I told her right off the bat that I had a learning disability. I met the Optometrist as well and I was explaining to the Optometrist what asperger syndrome was.

I wish there was a "happy ending" with her. I think that in my case going to an MP or an SP is a safer decision.

Tee OH!
Hey squash, thanks for the pm.
Finally was 'in the neighbourhood' and passed by the little optical shop.
I have to agree, although she seemed busy performing at her desk and prepping other customers in the back, she still made time to see if I needed assistance and made me feel welcome.
Didn't see any frames I particularly liked but will be having an exam there and get my current frames re-lensed there.

Physically and intellectually a very sexy woman. Her customer service alone definitely steals some people away from the bigger shops out there, and her loveliness surely helps as well.
