There's the hole in the wall called Smugglers, 332 8th Street East, Owen Sound if you want to go to a "hole"JohnC said:

Smugglers is a hole. There was an MP for a while but had to close due to bylaw violations. There could be a market there for someone with the balls (or other necessary accroutements) to open one.
Just as an aside, A while ago there was a SC in Eugenia. A small burg on the edge of (get this) the "Beaver Valley" No, I'm not making this up.
The bar was part of the "Beaver Valley Motel"
Now this place had class. The girls would use a chair to climb up on to the pool table that was covered with plywood.
Can you picture that!!
I also noticed that the other dive in the area, The Georgian Saloon in Collingwood is out of business. Great! That place was even worse than smugglers.
If you are in Hanover there is a nice place called Dennys or Danny's (can;t remember) No real action but the girls are nice
