I love Ozzy. 
I've had two clients who have Parkinson's. Still quite close to both of them. It is tough for them sometimes (good days and bad days) but is quite manageable with medication. But it is progressive and does get worse over time.

This is horrible news, Ozzy is my God.

He diagnosed in 2005 already with early onset parkinson disease and has to take medication since then. Maybe he went now the 3rd. or 4th. stage. It's really sad!

No actually he doesn't because he gets his blood switched out every year in Switzerland
It did look that way back then, but the shaking was from drinking then. He has been through a lot and come out good. He really is doing great for someone his age. I also heard he has a new album coming out.
So am I to understand, someone not remotely related to Ozzy or even has this devastating disease Parkinson's is very alive and doing fine.

It's fascinating how different Ozzy is from his peer Tony Iommi. When Ozzy was informed that Iommi had been diagnosed with lymphoma in 2012 he said, "he'll beat it, cancer is as terrified of him as I am".
Iommi owns the rights to the name Black Sabbath. In spite of his fearsome reputation, he doesn't court publicity when not touring. He's been married for 40 + years and protects his children's privacy. Sharon appears to be exploiting Ozzy, why the fuck is he going back on the road?

You are to understand that it’s just an internet joke that whatever happens to an old rock star in relation to health. People post a reminder that Keith is still alive and kicking because the joke plays into the fact that he looks like a zombie now.
Sorry, I am not familiar with the Richards internet joke. What I am familiar with is Parkinson's and I'm sure it is not subject that requires an injection of tasteless humour.
