JWM makes a good point. What PSE is to one person might not make the grade with the next. Its what your comfortable with. And more importantly its what the lady is comfortable with. Fifteen years ago kissing was frowned upon. But twenty- five years ago it was rare to use a condom. Times change and with time standards alter.
GFE and PSE mean different things to different guys and SP's. Heres my breakdown on the terms and the goodies offered:

PSE = All the above, along with other treats such as greek-styles and BBBJTC and facials
The best way to put it guys, your girlfriend doesn't slap a rubber on your man-hood when she gives head, she does a BBBJ and she does DFK.
But girlfriends rarely do anal or facials. They only do it maybe once in a blue-moon and normally just to shut the boyfriend up.
But as we all know, not everyone follows the above definitions properly and it would be impossible for us to police it.

My definition of PSE would include everything in a GFE but also including BBBJ TC CIM ,facial, pearls, greek,although Im not into it myself.
I thought gfe was a girl that was presentable enough to go to dinner with, that was well spoken. Silly me.
