i havent read any of the posts

but this Paul and the antics are a mockery of the sport and a self serving money grab and construct to notoriety.

Tyson should not have accepted this fight...its a stain of his legacy. But if he gets good money that good for him.
Netflix is one half of the group promoting this fight, that should tell you everything about what's going on with this. Things are getting more crazy in the world so the traditional means of entertainment don't capture the attention of the average person anymore, we're getting side stories on social media of Diddy, Jay-Z, John Travolta now. Besides, Tyson is for the old school, Paul is the transitional figure for the kids and teens today, that's all this is about.
If Tyson was a purist, he wouldn't have taken this fight, but it's not hard to understand why he took this fight, look at his agency.
https://www.caa.com/caaspeakers/mike-tyson then you just follow the money and it's easy to see why these fights are happening.
They represent just about everyone that's in the headlines, throw a name out there and they probably rep' them.
Ryan Garcia and popular boxer has recently captured the social media wave with his comments about Hollywood but his agency kept him still, MN2S.com The whole world at this point is being entertained on all levels.

And Tyson will destroy Paul, if this isn't rigged and Tyson is allowed to go full crazy on Paul, assuming it's not stopped or some stupid controversy, which is again, more entertainment.

I believe Tyson was told to hold back in the Roy Jones fight, at the moment it appears this one won't be an exhibition, so we will see. Offensively Tyson might be too much for Paul, but another big part of it having a good chin. Holyfield and Chuck Liddell after years of being retired, and i assume getting a lot of time to recover after their careers both had maybe 10 percent of the chin left that they had during their hey days. And they were destroyed in those last bouts. So I'm not sure if Mike can take a shot still.
I hope, would be nice to see.
Could Mike ever take a shot?...I have to really think about this...Help me out..Ruddock maybe.

As Teddy Atlas once said Tyson has never dealt with adversity in the ring very well.

Bro, Tyson is 57 years old fighting a guy who is 27. He isn't going to win. I think Jake will win or this will be a boring fight ending in a draw.

But I support Netflix getting into the world of live sports. I would highly support the demise of pay per view bullshit. lol.
We can agree to disagree, Tyson is a beast first and human second.
Do you genuinely think Paul can eat a flurry of any of these punches? Mike's footwork at 0:12, 0:13 is so good, you add Tyson's speed and strength to that, Paul can't compete with that at all.
It'll be over within 3 rounds assuming Paul isn't running around the ring. If he eats Mike's punches, 3 rounds.

If you ever watch the Buster Douglas fight again, he took a massive beating in that fight and kept on trying. The amount of punishment he took plus the fatigue from not being familiar with being in fights that lasted that long finally caught up with him, but that was some kind of beating he took.
And you are correct regarding Teddy's point was that he never faced adversity and came back from it, which is true. Conversely his name sake Fury did just that in his third Wilder fight.
Yes Tyson didn't even train for the Douglas fight. Didn't spar one round. How crazy is that? I remember I was watching the NBA skills competition on TV and they interrupted the broadcast with the news that he had lost in Japan. The next day a friend had the tape and brought it to the local gym and all the guys stopped training and we watched the fight. Tyson came back from the first knockdown but he was gassed. Nothing worse than gassing out in a fight. Takes a lot of energy to throw those big power shots.

Fury has a chin for the ages...Wilder is one of the hardest punchers in boxing history. Thinking right up there with Ernie Shavers, Foreman and Ron Lyle. I thought Fury was finished in that fight but he bounced right back and took it too him. Pretty impressive stuff. Then he lays an egg with Ngannou. Go figure this game.

Paul doesn't stand much to gain in this fight. If he wins he beat a 58 yr old man. If he loses he lost to a 58 yr old man. Tyson on the other hand if he wins he stops the Jake Paul hype train is lauded for halting the charade. Paul is obviously very confident. I just have this feeling that all the weed, Shrooms and DMT + his age will catch up to Mike. But then he is the bigger fighter as well. Hmmm...There's going to be a lot of eyes on this fight.

I hope it's not rigged, but seeing how important Jake Paul is, being the Court Jester of the world, I take it back, it'll be some drawn out bullshit, forget my 3 round win max comment.

He blew through $400M. How long would it take him to blow that. If you have any kids would you hold him up as a shining example of how a person should conduct their lives and be a good human being? Make sure you include prison time, raping your own wife and biting off people's ears.

Yeah, I'll hold up how I lived my life and treated people compared to that thug anytime.
Trumps done all of that minus biting someone's ear off

You're referring to the Barbara Walters interview with him and Robin Givens. Her and her mother were trying fleece him financially during their brief marriage at the time. She buried him during the interview.

And know I don't think he raped Desiree Washington...He got railroaded based on the evidence.

And that ''thug'' grew up in Brownsville Brooklyn. His mother was a prostitute and his step father was a pimp. Tyson's mother died when he was 16...Then he was taken in and adopted by Cus D'Amato his trainer. He straightened him out and kept him off the streets. Problem is that Cus died in 1985 before he was the heavyweight champion. Now he is on the brink of superstardom without his mentor and tutor. No wonder he spirals into problems. He didn't have much chance right from the get go
Surprised no Hollywood movie about him
