It is almost certain that you are correct. However, the only thing I've seen thus far in print is that in Clark County Nevada (Los Vegas) the only convictions he has are motor vehicle misdemeanors and infractions.
I guess the question then becomes whether he was bondable and a genuine employee of the Pawn Shop, as opposed to a character simply hired for chuckles for the TV show.
An exaggeration perhaps, who knows what will come of it, could be like the vanilla ice robbery a while back, I don't think anything ever came of that.

You know, this whole Chumlee incident probably just sets up a special episode of Pawn Stars wherein Chumlee skips bail and Dog the Bounty Hunter guest stars to track Chumlee down and save Rick's money. And then Chumlee appears in front of Judge Judy and gets sent back to jail.
Innocent or guilty, Chumlee may have so much stink on him he may not be able to return to Pawn Stars. With the ingredients changed you will never know what it will do to the program. This is the seventh season for the show and it may already be in its sunset years. The Chumlee incident may have just hastened the programs demise. Chumlee may have pulled a Jeremy Clarkson on the others.
You missed the part where he steals a car from Count's Customs for his escape, but other than that you're golden. There's a future for you in reality TV.
What if he gets sentenced to Rehab...goes on Dr. Drews Celebrity Rehab falls in love, and gets his own reality series??

The above poster did not even notice that the "Chumlee dating Rebecca Romney" had nothing at all to do with his bs spam. Rebecca is married to one of the Romneys, yes those Romneys. Why in the world would she drop precipitously down the economic and social ladder to see Chumlee.
