How do you attach a pdf file, someone has sent, to a new email composition without forwarding?

some do, some don't... depends on the IT manager.
Some will set a limit a/r to the size of the attached documents...

But, by far, pdf are considered safer for the person who receives the file (and for the person who made it as it cannot be modified, unlike a word document...).

Just wanted to write that PDFs can be modified but not as easily as Word documents. This is one of the reasons why people/companies use PDF. Another reason is that the free viewer is available for almost all operating systems.

And, as most people don't know, creating a pdf is free!
Most people say that it's not because you have to pay for the acrobat writer suite; but a software like PDFCreator is free... (just my 2 cents... )

or if you have Gmail, you can use their online Documents program to convert a Word / Excel document to a PDF

Yet another freebie option for generating PDF files AND pretty much replacing your entire Office Suite is OpenOffice (http://www.openoffice.org/product/). Available for Windows, Linux, and MacOS too.
