Just wanted to write that PDFs can be modified but not as easily as Word documents. This is one of the reasons why people/companies use PDF. And, as most people don't know, creating a pdf is free!
Most people say that it's not because you have to pay for the acrobat writer suite; but a software like PDFCreator is free... (just my 2 cents...)
