pdf conversions

does anyone have an idea of a software that would allow to convert pdf to word and back to pdf.
i have found the following "Docsmartz.com" software, but just looking for more info.
if you know of another software , your input would greatlly appreciated

Depending on the content of the PDF file you could just select all the content within the PDF file, select copy and paste it in MS Word. To get it back to a PDF try to download adobe distiller from Limewire.
