Rarely does an accused person admit guilt..particularly on NATIONAL NEWS.

However..a graduate student tends to be fairly intelligent....and I tend to trust him more than Sandusky when he states a 10 year old was pinned to the wall being buggered in a shower at PENN STATE!!

Just to be clear !
Sandusky did not admit to sexual misconduct, just poor judgement in that he should not have had the boys around at certain times. ie, while showering.

As to the accusation by the graduate student, Sandusky just said 'you have to ask him' when Costas questioned Sandusky on why the GS would lie ?

This is weird. Sandusky's lawyer was sitting next to Costas. Sandusky's lawyer reputedly got an 17 year old girl pregnant when he was 49 or something like that.

One doesn't have to engaged in sexual activity to be charged with sexual assault/harassment. Touching a naked minor (even if it is a horse) is a no no.

I tried reading the entire grand jury report. I made it to page 16 before I had to stop. The rage and hatred I felt when the story first broke has been replaced with horror, sadness and regret. No punishment will be enough, and no punishment will undo what has been done. Sad, sad, sad.

McQueary, the student/assistant witness, is reported to have issued a statement(or something to that effect) in which he says he did everything required of him, including calling and talking to police.

It't quiet amazing and sad how one man has ruined so many lives ..

I don't know if it has been mentioned but a caller made a interesting point .. Maybe a lot of people have skeletons in their closet at this university which allowed this old man to go un punished . Recruiting violations etc ..

Maybe, but they would have to be some skeletons to let Sandusky get away with SA on minors.
I prefer to think that they just did not believe it was real, and hoped he would stop.

TSN reported that the local police in Happy Valley, where Penn State is located, have denied that McQueary reported the incident, nor do they have any record of him talking to them.

I got no idea why the GS would lie but the GS also claims he did contact the police back when it happen yet no police dept has any record of it ?

Personally I would have a hard time convincing guilt without DNA or video. Eyewitness are good IF you can cross them in a reasonably time frame, this goes back over 10 years ago. Memories can get fuzzy.

As for showering with boys, well he is right up there with Jackson sharing his bed with little boy's...Jackson was found not guilty. I wanted to hang Jackson at the time, well hes dead now, good

CTV News said that there are many more victims speaking out, after Sandusky's interview. Total number of victims could be north of 100.

Now every man who works/play with kids and youths will be a suspect.

What's really amazing is the sheer brazenness of Sandusky. Everything was in the open, and he felt confident enough to molest small boys in plain sight. He thought he was protected, and it says more about Penn State in some ways, then it does about him.

First law suit has been filed by a guy who claims he was molested over 100 times by Sandusky. Also says he is NOT one of the eight who are apart of the charges against the accused.
