Btw, what the hell was this thread about? Oh, yeah, the Peterson verdict. Some people here have questioned his grounds for appeal. Correct me if I'm wrong, but isn't there an automatic appeal for capital convictions in California, or does that only apply to death penalty convictions?

I had heard on CBS radio that the juriors reached a fast verdict because of the up comming weekend

also that a jurior has a vacation comming up.
