The government already closed the online public consultation last month, so this petition won't make any influence.

Most public surveys have shown overwhelming support for legalization. I'm guessing the government will not publish their survey results because it doesn't support the concept of forced morality that they wish to push..

Sex is also a human need, think about disabled men who cannot have sex other than paying for it, why would they be discriminated against and denied from this basic need ? In some European countries the healthcare even pay them SP

Most government review panels just ignore petitions unless the signer is identified by at least a phone number and ideally an address. They call randomly to "discuss the issues" with some signers. In reality they want to very if it is a real petition.
