Kathy was a longtime MPA (and great at what she does).
She's had some surgery, been back on limited days, doing great and now gone off the sched for months.
She's missed by many of the long term guys....so when she does show up on the schedule we change our personal calendars...but the "POOF" She's gone, switched for someone else...
One time I went to book the day before and got, "sorry, Kathy's all booked up tomorrow." Next day I glance at the schedule and she's gone! Set me wondering, did they bait and switch a bunch of guys or just use her name as a placeholder? If it's the last then why not just "TBD"? If they'd switched me for someone I wouldn't normally see, and in the example I gave you it was someone who I have ZERO chemistry with, I'd be pissed after driving an hour both ways!
