No, they don’t. La Mirage, and La Villa share the same owners as PA. They all follow the same price structure.
I think that Kingsway is owned by a former PA employee, however. Allure definitely has no affiliation with either set of owners. Who Lefty has also written positively about.
I think she worked and or at Allure. Her business is set up pretty damn close. I really like it there as it seems more client friendly. But what do I know I’ve only been to 3 spas and still a noob.
By your logic, why go to a high mileage spa vs an escort when the escort will always be cheaper than a MPA?
Pickering Angels/La Mirage/La Villa prices start at $140 and all of them, plus Kingsway cap at $260. Unless you're going to a real rundown place, I can't imagine any spa that will give you the level of service you're seeking at escorts for under $300/hr.
Yeah, I notice this a lot on PA threads, and higher mileage clients sort of act like they were duped into going there. Like you said, spas are not good value proposition for anyone that is displeased with basic services. PA (and their sister spas), Seduction/Elevate, and Blondie Spa, are the only places that offer basic HH’s at 140 nowadays. Everywhere else that is non-holistic, is $10-$20 higher than that.
There are still escorts that charge $150hh/250h, or somewhere around this, but acting like there’s an endless supply of good ones at these rates, is disingenuous. I think it was in this thread, or another one complaining about PA costs, where someone was saying that they were getting pretty extreme PSE services, including greek (everything aside from BBFS) from a hottie in Durham, that was charging peanuts more than what they would pay at PA, and I find this very hard to believe. At best, maybe 1 or 2 girls. But this is definitely not the norm, and girls offering that at those rates, would be busy and up them in no time. Or, they burnout in a few months and vanish.
Pics are not accurate is an understatement. This is a huge misrepresentation. She’s still cute but nowhere she looks like the pictures.
As a client you feel really duped. She’s good looking and I’m still looking forward with a session with her but they should redo her pics cause you’ll get a surprise when you see her.
So, I have never felt duped by going to PA/LV/LM. I know they are low mileage. I go once every couple years or so when the mood strikes. My problem is it always leaves me wanting more after.
What I mean is that when you include a probably tip, that for $140+tip total you could go and see an escort in the $150-$180/HH range and more often than not that logic wins out. I never once implied or indicated that I want PSE services from a spa. That's silly, I've been doing this long enough to know better. So please don't put words in my mouth.
There are plenty of good escorts in Durham that offer GFE+bbj services for the 150-180/HH range and imo it's just better value than a massage, tease, and hj for 140+tip unless that's what I happen to be in the mood for or want to treat myself to a special massage.
Okay, to your first point, you’re torturing yourself if you continue to go there, since you’ve established that it doesn’t really scratch the itch. I don’t get the debate around prices when you already know which services to expect. We are in angreement about spas not being good value to anyone who wants more than a handy. That was never contested. However, that’s a separate conversation from my comment you had initially responded to, ultimately.
You’re kind of agitating me now, because I did not say that you were going to the spa and looking for PSE services. I said that someone in a thread about this spa (might have been this very one, actually) had made that comment, which is true. I never said that person was you. And reading my comment back about that, I don’t get that implication.
We’re beating a dead horse continuing again on value proposition. No one is being forced to go to low-mileage joints. I’m glad you have found good escorts at the rates you’ve outlined. I hope you continue to have luck with that.

2 hours?! How slow do you drive my friend? 50 minutes to Oshawa. An hour to Pickering.
Seeing as many people have to commute to make a living, you would either stay more local or hit up a spa before, after or during their work day.
PA which also owns LV, would be the direct and only close competition for KW. PA has a much largee demographic but no other licensed spas near by until the GTA.

There are definitely shills in here. I never go by reviews anymore and avoid PA establishments. Too many times I’ve seem out of shape, average looking women who had rave reviews. Someone was all gaga over Melina who is average at best, pics no where near close, and told me on repeat visits her service gets better. Scarlett is another who when I saw her was much letter than photos.
Of note, the shills may not be the establishment itself, but rather the girl and or friends, boyfriends, husband, partner or whatever the hell people call each other these days.

I definitely prefer being referred to as an ex employee of Allure than PA.
I was previously Taylor at Allure and worked there for almost 9 years. I moved to PA for a very short time. It was working at PA which gave me the push to open my own spa.
Ex-employees of Allure or clients can say what they want. There are even threads on Terb about assumptions made regarding why I left Allure. I've worked at many spas now and nothing compares to Allure. Or maybe I liked rules, structure and a hard ass boss. It is a compliment for me to hear that we even compare. As an attendant... if you can follow rules there isnt a better place to work, except here. Haha. I never found another spa which was more well-run and you were never expected to provide anything above an excellent service. It is also by far, the busiest spa I've ever worked at. For MPA's who don't want to be escorts, you can't beat it.

There's such a thing as a high-mileage spa?
Never seen one with any consistency or quality though I've seen many sole massage providers that do.
I've seen the upsell to something quick and furtive that is a horrible, rushed, unsatisfying and expensive waste of time and money, and I've repeatedly seen the promise of more mileage again and again and that just pisses me off frankly.
Be straight if you're going to tease it and offer it, then deliver.
If all you're REALLY prepared to do is a bodyslide and HJ that's fine, their are clients who like that and even I've been known to at times.
