Room fees are included in the price. So, 60 will get you topless, not 60 over and above some other damn fee. As for touching bum/chest, it depends on the girl actually. Some will let you caress while others will have a strict no hands policy unless you pay the extra. I always went for the nude reverse for 100. Not that steep. Is their anyone specific you are looking for at PA?

If you are looking for more than a rub with a happy ending, then even if offered a MP isn't what you are looking for as its going to cost more.
