A certain lady I know would like to get a rather personal piercing done. Other than in her ears, she is a piercing 'virgin'.

I'm hoping to tap into the collective wisdom and expience of Terbdom here.

Any recommendations for the 'best' and 'cleanest' piercer/studio in the Toronto area?

Thanks all.

I know people who have gotten their piercings done at Young Street Tattoos they said it was pretty clean and that the staff for piercings are pretty good and they put you to ease.

Keep her as a virgin. I want to see her body, not a bunch of holes left over by plagerists who claim to be artists. No piercings, no tattoos. No cow-ring in the nose. No ring on the pussy lips. No rings on her tits (so stupid!). No "thing" in her belly-button! GIVE ME A BREAK!! Have her comb her hair or something.....women are beautiful without self-mutilation of their bodies for no reason. That hole stays forever, CAN GET INFECTED, for crying out loud....it's not the arm of a starfish! It doesn't grow back by Doctor McCoy spraying something on it from Star Trek! :p

My feeling as well. As a word of caution bad things can and do happen perhaps you recall that this past November an 18-year-old girl in Indiana had to have a emergency mastectomy when the nipple piercings she had done for her birthday became the infection side for antibiotic resistant flesh-eating bacteria.

While not a big fan of extreme piercings myself, I won't bother trying to dissuade those who want to do it. All I will say is that despite whomever she ends up choosing, she should go with a friend and she should get educated in advance.

- What kind of complications (regardless of how rare) are possible?
- What do these things look like?
- Do you feel comfortable with the person who will be doing the job (much like you should be comfortable with a surgeon who will work on you)?
- Are all implements either coming out of a sterilization machine or out of fresh packaging (preferably the latter)?
- Are rubber gloves and masks being used by everyone who will touch you or the instruments?

The above are by no means an exhaustive list but will help make your piercing experience a safe one. Her research should be no less than the most vigilant does here on TERB. ;)

Thanks for the suggestions so far. No, she is not looking for an 'extreme' piercing, of the kind that one would need Blaire for. Just a simple verticle hood piercing (if her anatomy is right for verticle).

Lady R, Blaire's site is all about his more extreme body art. Would you also recommend him for something as 'straightforward' as a hood piercing? And thanks for the link.

Ditto! At least piercings can grow back, unlike tats and the like. Looking at the site for "Blair", I can't help but think that there are more than a few folks out there with some rather serious "issues"...

All I can say is "why"? Maybe lady Rachel can answer this better but IMHO a pussy is a beautiful thing that doesn't require adornment and having any hardware in the area only detracts from my experience.

tboy, it's a hood ornament! (No, I do not have one.)
LITERALLY (since that's what she wants pierced)

As for you having one or no, I'm glad you told me cuz since you're not taking in any more clients, that's the only way I'd find out!

(especially since our date is off :( )
