PLease HELP to create "Ottawa MP spreadsheet"

All this assumes that a spreadsheet will continue in some various form, which I hope it does.

There is plenty of room on the board for reviews. That's what TERB is for. Therefore, perhaps the thread containing the spreadsheet should only contain basic information and no reviews - name, location, staff, attributes (e.g. showers, mint on pillow, parking, etc). The rest (namely how good an MA is, etc.) could be discussed like everything already is - in its own thread. Then libelous threads could be pulled without affecting the whole spreadsheet.

Maybe the Spreadsheet would then be only be editable by its maintainer.

The listing/delisting issue is a bit touchy. Some asked to be delisted. Alex wouldn't list people who did things perceived to attract LE - which is fair enough for MPs.

I believe I have been around long enough dealing with different people to read between the lines when it is an advise, a sarcasm, a game play, a stunt, ... When I first read the Heath Risk Advisory post, I thought it was tasteless and I still do. DD and ric, you may or may not agree but I could not care less. This is a forum for us to discuss things transparently to help everyone of us make our own judgement and decisions. If there is a real health issue, why not present all the facts and the source so we can all add our own thoughts/experience in and make informed decisions collectively ourselves afterwards. I am a full grown adult. I don't need things to be censored/delisted for me. If I do, I will stay home and watch PBS on TV. I wouldn't be here; nor will many others! (Why not just put the heath issue in the spreadsheet too so we can all comment and validate it?) I want to make informed judgements based on facts whether it is a real risk for me or not.

Unfortunately, it's not as simple as that. Posting unsubstantiated allegations
about health risks can result in serious legal problems for the board as well as loss of business for the establishment or provider. Stuff like that is the job of your local Dept of Health who you should contact if you have concerns. A Website owner has no authority to issue a Health Advisory.

Suffice it to say it would be better to put the Spreadsheet on it`s own server, that way the publisher can take direct responsibility for it`s content. https://terb.cc is not prepared to assume the legal risks associated with the Spreadsheet being hosted here.
I have no doubt some of you found the Spreadsheet to be useful.

I will try to get something up next week as I am going away for a short trip NOW and then another one next week. I will just link any reviews of any MP/MA back to this board. If there are some useful info, I will include it in the spreadsheet content too with the source terb handle so people can judge it on their own how subjective/objective those info are. If everyone contributes, I don't think it will take longer than a week to get it back to the stage where it was and more. I will remain objective as much as possible. No LE attracting info will be on the spreadsheet. Once I get something up, everyone can comment what to add or remove in terms of useful info.

It seems that gmuoo has taken on the task of putting the MP Spreadsheet on a separate website. Could the original MP Spreadsheet thread be made available to him solely for the purpose of creating the offsite version. I`m sure it would make the task much easier for him.

How can someone performing illegal activities sue for libel?Even if successful the damages wouldn't be more than $1.

If you're talking about prostitution, it is legal in Canada (exchanging money for sex). Communicating for engaging in prostitution is illegal, but only in a public place. I don't think that hearsay about any perceived illegal activities can be used as evidence.
