it was a misspeak. We're just not used to seeing it from him so more attention gets paid to it.Please type "bushisms" into google for a more comprehensive list of screw ups.Although the more I watch it part of me thinks it may not have been a mistake at all......

Seems Obama handled this affair very well, or course the GOPer haters will never admit this and continue to obfuscate away in Limbaughesque fashion. After all failure is their goal...

Of course, Rush is hard to find here in Canada, and we're socialists to begin with, so our perspectives from up here are un-biased.

From my POV, Obama risks becoming a Black President, instead of a President who happens to be Black. If he keeps pushing race instead of governing his country, he risks setting race relations back decades. Maybe that's a bit dramatic. What he risks is turning-off people who would otherwise support reverse discrimination measures or other initiatives to bring about an improved degree of racial parity. He needs to drop the chip on his (rich, Ivy League-educated) shoulder and get on with running the country.

Woody cut the language.

Why you are still still allowed to post given your disdain for women, the mentally challenged and any one who disagrees with you, is beyond me.

LOL!
If anything you need a good remedial course in reading comprehension!!!
It may help keep you from twisting anything posted to fit your narrow myopic Rovian way of viewing the world to fit your agenda....

No, I fully understand the issue. I think the problem is that you think EVERYTHING is related to US political divides, and you are unable to comprehend anything that does not fall into that Democrat-Republican divide. It is clouding your mind, and makes you appear, I am sorry to say this, truly, but it makes you appear like some sort of retarded Democratic sheep. I have no interest in US politics, but your constant bashing of everyone who does not praise then US left, makes you a joke. Good grief.

The sentence is "It is shameful."

Can't wait for Obama's next words that stick.

Gyaos Baltar.
I have NO problem with either word.
Either was spot on!....

I now agree with Obama on this one after looking at all the facts. Gates was an a$$hole with a chip on his shoulders and huge anger management issues. Crowley had the upper hand and could have walked away from the situation and left Gates ranting and raving like a buffoonish ape. He'd didn't. He acted stupidly, but nothing he did was wrong either. He could have just acted 'better' and walked. But it's easy to be an armchair critic, especially when dealing with angry black men who scream racism at every turn.
