Calling someone "urine" is not criticism. It's bullying, derogatory, and reduces the person to dirty excrement. It's de-humanizing. When someone de-humanizes someone else, they are indeed demonizing them by definition.

Criticism would be an objective view of the person's policies, actions, decisions, etc and not a de-humanizing attack of the person themself.
